My Warm Ups

4 28 23- I got hit in the face with a volleyball several times in p.e today. School ends in one month and i cannot wait. There are many movies coming out this summer, i am very excited for Transformers; rise of the beasts.

4 20 23- This morning i slept in and only had about 12 minutes to get ready instead o0f my usual 30. I got payed 26 dollars because i drew two drawings for my friend. I bought some stuff online wth that money.

4 18 23- During break i went to my friend's sweet sixteen and invited my best friend over to swim in my pool. My grandma came from mexico for my quinceanera this august. She brought a lot of food, but my favourite is the bread she makes.

4 4 23- I got hit in the head with a volleyball several times today. In P.E i always turn into a big magnet for vollyballs. I bought two cookies at the Cafe here for 1.50 and they were delicuous.

3 29 23- I woke up late this morning and slept one extra hour. For breakfast i had an oreja and a banana. There was fire drill at school today.

3 21 23- Yesterday it was very cold. I slept very early and got like 8 hours of sleep. My mom gave my dog a carrot to help loosen her baby teeth.

3 17 23- It was very cold today. A girl on my bus owes me 2 dollars and she hasnt payed me back. Tomorow i will go shopping.

3 15 23- Last night i went to the rodeo with my family. We got there late, so we didnt see a lot of animals, just cows and sheep. I went on the ferris wheel with my sister.

3 13 23- This weekend i helped my parents drain the pool and build a wall for our garage. I didn't really build the wall, i just moved the wood from one side to the other but it still counts. My dog ran in the mud from the pool water and left muddy paw prints all over the cement.

3 8 23- I took the Biology Mock STAAR today, and i finished it in an hour. It was very cold in the auditorium and i brought no jacket. At lunch they served funnel cake, chicken nuggets and hashbrown things. Two of my friends donated their trays so my other two friends and I could have more funnel cake.

3 6 23- Today I played hockey with my friends in P.E. We tied 5-5. This weekend i had a sleepover at my cousins house and got a happy meal and a new book. I am very excited to finish my book.

2 28 23- Today i played hockey in p.e. I had a lot of fun with my friends, and when we were losing 10-0, I scored a goal at the last second. We still lost, but a lot of people congratulated me. This break i made money helping my mom and tried on quinceanera dresses.

CRITIQUING CLASSMATES WORK

I chose Garcia over Gomez because Gomez had Mr. Acosta talking in the background of his animations and it seemed unprofessional. Also Garcia's animations had good sound effects.

I chose Vasquez over Rivera because Vasquez has more detail and I like the way she animates.

I chose Bryan over myself because i really like his music, he has a theme and sticks to it. I think my music is ok but Bryan seems like music comes to him easily.

I chose Reyna over Svetlik because his sounds more original and Svetlik's is more of a remix of the Gravity Falls intro.

I chose Ralston over Villa Rubio because while Villa Rubio's had a lot of effects and was very well edited, Ralston's was shorter and more to the point.

2 14 23 - For valentines day today i dressed up in pink and got a few compliments on my outfit. This weekend i might hang out at my friends house.

2 10 23 - Tomorrow i will make a heart-shaped cake with my best friend and cake pops wit the excess. She forgot the chocolate for the cake pop so she is at the store buying them right now. I will bring the whip cream and sprinkles, she has most of the ingredients.

2 6 23 - Yesterday i dyed my hair back to its original color, black. The color is a bit too blue for me, but whats done is done. One girl complimented it in P.E. I played soccer and we tried to keep the ball in the air.

2 2 23 - In P.E I played soccer with these girls and my friends and I had a lot of fun. I wasnt really good at soccer though so i ended up being goalie but i was a great goalie. At lunch i ate orange chicken which tasted good.

1 31 23 - This morning I played Pitty Pat with my friends at breakfast and won once. I played soccer in P.E and had a lot of fun, even though my team lost 3-0. My friend Andrea kept kicking the ball so high it would touch the ceiling and hit someone.

1 27 23 - I played volleyball in p.e with my friends today and I had a lot of fun. We kept hitting each other with the balls and chasing each other. I finished some of my missing assignments from geometry so now my grade will go up.

1 25 23 - My mom baked cookies yesterday and they were DELICIOUS. I ate the last two and my siblings got mad, but it was worth it. In the afternoon I had to trudge through water to go to the bus, and my pants and shoes got soaked.

1 23 23 - Today my friend spilled her water all over the floor and had to mop it up except she didn't know how to mop so she was just spilling more water over the floor. It was very funny. In P.E. we played monkey in the middle but with soccer and it was very fun. My friend kicked the ball and fell on her backside like a cartoon character.

1 19 23 - Today I cooked the dumplings I made yesterday, which were pretty weird. I have never had dumplings before so I don't really know how to describe it. It was mostly the smell, which was so strong i can still smell it on me. I'd rate it a 6/10.

1 17 23 - During breakfast while i was playing Go Fish with my friends, one of my friends spilled his coffee all over his cards, which marks the second time he's ruined his cards with a drink. It was very funny because he blamed me even though i wasn't even near his drink. Tomorrow I will make dumplings in 4/9!

1 12 23 - This morning I played UNO with my friends during breakfast and I won. My 4/9 teacher told me that next week we will be making pork dumplings because of the Chinese New Year! I am very excited for this because i have never had dumplings before.

1 10 23 - I had a wonderful weekend. I went to the flea market to buy fruits. I ran into Gina and we spoke for a while about the good old days. Then I went home to sleep.
